When importing 3d models into godot scene the model is huge. After export will see that you have a dae file and an images folder in the location where you exported to. Here you can see the cube object will be imported as a scene with its root type set to spatial and named scene root.
Set the root type to rigidbody and the root name to crate then click the reimport button.
